Here is the thing: when it comes to these lamps, a couple of millimeters can be the difference between a smooth run and a disaster. If a lamp is even slightly off, it puts weird pressure on the quartz tube. Once that tube starts heating up and expanding, that stress leads to a snap or a premature burnout. We obsessed over the end-cap geometry and the physical length so you don’t have to. It just slides in.
Heat That Actually Works
We use shortwave infrared tech because it’s the fastest way to get through those PET preforms. These tubes are built to handle the high-voltage kick of industrial blowers without flickering or dipping in wattage. You get a steady, intense heat across the whole length of the heater. But a word of advice: keep your vents clear. These lamps put out a lot of energy, and if your airflow is clogged, your housing is going to take a beating from all that radiated heat.
