Inside, there’s a 300mm quartz tube with a high-output halogen element, cranking out 2500W. That’s a lot of heat in a small package. To keep things simple, it runs on a 400V supply. That means you get serious power without the headache of heavy-gauge cables or a massive footprint.
Material & Design: Built to Take the Heat
Quartz handles sudden temperature swings way better than glass, so rapid on-off cycling doesn’t wreck it. And the halogen gas inside keeps the element stable, even when it’s glowing hot. That’s how you get consistent heat, day after day. We went with an R7s connector for a practical reason. It locks in fast, lines the element up perfectly, and makes swapping the lamp a straight swap—no fuss, just a direct replacement in existing fixtures.
