We obsess over the wattage-to-length ratio. For example, using a higher voltage (like 400V) lets us cram more power through a thinner filament without it popping the second you flip the switch. And we measure the length down to the millimeter. Why? Because if it’s a hair too short, you get cold spots in your plastic. Too long? It won’t even sit in the holder. It’s all about matching that original heat flux so your bottles come out consistent. What they’re actually made of We use heavy-wall quartz glass. It has to be tough because these things go through a brutal cycle of heating up and cooling down over and over. As for the connections, we stick with R7s or Sk15.
