You&amp;rsquo;ve got a tiny window to get those PET preforms up to temperature, and if the heat isn&amp;rsquo;t there, everything slows down.&#xA;That&amp;rsquo;s why we built our replacement lamps for the SBO 20 Series 1. We wanted them to hit those target temperatures faster, so you aren&amp;rsquo;t sitting around waiting for the machine to catch up during startup or when you&amp;rsquo;re shifting speeds.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Getting the heat where it needs to be&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Cutting down on that startup lag isn&amp;rsquo;t magic. It comes down to the filament and the quartz glass. We focused on how quickly the filament gets hot enough to throw off that shortwave infrared radiation.&#xA;The real trick, though, is durability. We spec &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;these&lt;/a&gt; tubes to handle rapid power cycling. You know the drill—powering up and down can snap a cheap filament. These are drop-in replacements that fit the SBO 20 footprint perfectly, but they stabilize way faster.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Built for the chaos of the plant floor&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use high-purity quartz because any impurities in the glass just block the heat from getting to the preform.&#xA;But the glass isn&amp;rsquo;t the only thing that matters. Rotary machines vibrate. A lot. And if you&amp;rsquo;re working in a humid plant, those connection points are usually the first things to go. To stop the oxidation and arcing that kills most lamps at the base, we used reinforced terminations. They can take a beating.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A quick word on airflow&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Here&amp;rsquo;s the thing: these lamps put out a massive amount of heat. Because of that, your oven&amp;rsquo;s cooling blowers have to be on point.&#xA;If your &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;vents&lt;/a&gt; are clogged or your blowers are tired, that heat has nowhere to go. It starts soaking into the oven frame and can actually warp your reflectors over time.&#xA;Plus, we&amp;rsquo;ve seen plenty of tubes burn out way too early simply because the oven stayed too hot while the machine was idling. Keep the air moving, and your lamps will last much longer.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
